和络舒肝片成型工艺的研究

Study on forming technology of HELUOSHUGAN tablet

本研究通过正交试验,考察了在包衣过程中,对包衣效果影响较大的三个因素:片芯的硬度、悬浮液浓度、进风口的温度,以包衣合格率崩解时限为考察指标进行研究,进行综合评分,最后方差分析综合评定,确定了包衣最佳工艺条件:片芯硬度4~5kg·mm^(-2),悬浮液浓度16%,进风温度70℃。

In this study,three factors which have great influence on the coating effect in the coating process were investigated by Orthogonal test:hardness of chip core,concentration of suspension and temperature of air inlet,the optimum technological conditions of the coating were determined as follows:core hardness 4~5 kg·mm^(-2),suspension concentration 16%,inlet air temperature 70℃.
