摘要
Lix984萃取剂目前主要用于硫酸体系萃取提铜工艺,对于氯化体系或是混酸体系萃铜的研究及应用较少。在本研究中,采用Lix984萃取剂对氣化铜锰液中的铜进行了萃取回收,并硫酸反萃制备硫酸铜溶液,结果表明,在原料液pH 2~2.5,初始含铜小于10g/L的条件下,采用Lix984萃取剂体积百分浓度为20%,级数5级,相比不大于3:1的工艺进行萃取,所得萃余液含铜0.8g/L以下,铜萃取率大于90%,采用250&/L硫酸溶液作反萃剂,循环反萃至硫酸铜溶液含铜40g/L左右更换,所得硫酸铜溶液指标良好。
At present,extractant Lix984 is mainly used for copper extraction from sulfuric acid system while less research and application of copper extraction in chlorination system or mixed acid system are conducted.In this study,copper in copper and manganese chloride solution is extracted and recovered by extractant Lix984,and copper sulfate solution was prepared through sulfuric acid back extraction.The results show a copper content below 0.8g/L in raffinate and a copper extraction rate above ninety percents are obtained under such conditions:pH value of feed solution is from 2 to 2.5,initial copper content is below lOg/L,volume percentage concentration of extractant is 20%,extraction stage is 5,0/A ratio is 3:1.Good indicators will be obtained when using sulfuric acid(250g/L)as back extractant and a copper content about 40g/L is produced by cyclic back extraction.
