四氧化三钴前驱体氢氧化钴洗涤工艺优化实验

Experiment on Optimization of Washing Process for Cobalt Hydroxide as Precursor of Cobalt Trioxide

摘要 以氯化钴为钻源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,湿法合成出的四氧化三钴前驱体氢氧化钴颗粒中以包覆、夹杂和表面粘附的形式,存在大量的和cr,需通过洗涤的方式将和cr从氢氧化钴颗粒中去除,以免对后续锻烧工序的煅烧设备和最终四氧化三钴产品造成不利影响。通过对比抽滤洗涤方式和浆化洗涤方式,并对浆化洗涤温度、浆化次数、浆化时间进行了研究,得出了最佳的氢氧化钴洗涤工艺。并利用优化后的氢氧化钴洗涤工艺在小粒度氢氧化钴产品上进行了验证。 Cobalt hydroxide particles synthesized by wet method with cobalt chloride as cobalt source and sodium hydroxide as precipitant have a large amount of Na+and Cl"in the form of coating,inclusion and surface adhesion.it is necessary to remove Na+and Cl from cobalt trioxide particles by washing,so as not to adversely affect the equipments in subsequent calcination process and final cobalt trioxide products.it is necessary to remove Na+and Cl"from cobalt trioxide particles by washing,so as not to adversely affect the subsequent calcination equipment and final cobalt trioxide products,by comparing the suction filtration washing method with the slurry washing method,and studying the slurry washing temperature,slurry times and slurry time,the best washing process of cobalt hydroxide is obtained.the optimized washing process of cobalt hydroxide has been applied to the small particle cobalt hydroxide product.
