Effect of Apgar score on neurological and physical development in neonates

摘要目的探讨5 min Apgar评分(8~10分)与新生儿神经发育、体格发育的关系。方法收集2018年1月1日—12月31日在长沙县妇幼保健院出生的活产、无窒息的新生儿577例,根据5 minApgar评分分为实验组与对照组,实验组为Apgar评分8~9分(203例),对照组为Apgar评分10分(374例)。采用SPSS 21.0软件分析Apgar评分与新生儿疾病、神经发育、体格发育的关系。结果实验组新生儿期疾病(新生儿感染、惊厥、低血糖、呼吸困难)、神经发育(出生后1周内头颅彩超异常率、NBNA评分、MDI、PDI评分)、体格发育(3月时头围)与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5 min Apgar评分在8~9分的足月新生儿出生后出现新生儿期疾病、神经及体格发育异常比评分10分的概率高,临床医生应重视其病情评估及出院后随访,以减少不良结局。
