信息时代的到来,使教育资源以更高效的方式传播。解析国家鼓励信息化应用于高等教育、促使其教育资源共享最大化的政策以及国家重点投资和发展相关的新基建项目。分析目前的教育资源分配不均的现状和原因。提出充分利用大数据、云计算和人工智能等核心新基建技术,升级教育资源的内容和传播方式,大力发展智慧教育模式。该模式使学生有更多的机会获取各类教育资源,也有利于教师利用各类信息技术,不断提高自身教学、科研素质。

The unprecedented development of the IT pushes the sharing of educational resource forward in a more efficient way.The paper analizes the national policies of encouraging the application of information technology in higher education maximizing its equitable development,state key investments and all new infrastructure projects,and the current status and the causes of the imbalance distribution of educational resources.The proposals of full utilization of core new infrastructures technologies such as big data,cloud computing and new artificial intelligence technology are put forward to upgrade the content and mode of teaching education resources and develop the E-education mode,which provides more accesses for students to all kinds of education resources and enables teaching staff to improve teaching quality and academic ability steadily.
