CFB垃圾焚烧炉减煤降灰燃烧调整试验分析

摘要 为了探究如何能在降低掺煤量和飞灰排放量的同时,保证循环流化床(CFB)垃圾焚烧炉的稳定燃烧,并同时满足各项主要运行参数的要求,以某垃圾焚烧厂的日处理垃圾600 t的CFB垃圾焚烧炉为研究对象,通过添加一定量的特殊石英砂惰性物料进行燃烧调整来研究降低掺煤量和飞灰排放量的方法.研究结果表明:通过向炉内添加惰性物料能有效减少燃煤掺烧量,并取得良好的效果,具有明显的经济提升;锅炉通过惰性物料置换燃煤,能提高炉内的垃圾焚烧效率,且在一定程度上减少了飞灰量,烟气中飞灰含量下降约12%,飞灰可燃物含量较之前也有所降低;惰性物料的投入能满足CFB垃圾焚烧炉运行各参数的稳定,烟气中SO_(2)、NO_(x)等污染物的排放浓度可达国家排放标准. The research aims at exploring the way to reduce the amount of coal blending and fly ash emissions while ensuring the stable combustion of the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)waste incinerator and meeting the requirements of various main operating parameters.A CFB waste incinerator with a daily processing capacity of 600 tons of municipal solid waste in an incineration plant was selected as the research object.The approach to reducing the amount of coal blending and fly ash emissions was studied through combustion adjustment by adding a certain amount of special quartz sand inert materials.Research results show that adding inert materials to the boiler can effectively reduce the amount of coal blending and achieve promising results,which has obvious economic benefits.With coal replaced by inert materials,combustion efficiency can be improved,and fly ash emissions can be reduced.The fly ash in the flue gas was reduced by about 12%,and the combustibles in fly ash were reduced as well.The addition of inert materials can achieve the stability of various operating parameters of the CFB waste incinerator,and the emission concentrations of SO_(2),NO_(x) and other pollutants in the flue gas can meet the national environmental standards.
