摘要
将石墨烯/碳纳米管复合物通过滴涂法修饰于玻碳电极上,构建石墨烯/碳纳米管修饰电极.采用CV和DPV法研究苏丹红Ⅰ在石墨烯/碳纳米管材料上的电化学行为.结果表明苏丹红Ⅰ在石墨烯/碳纳米管修饰电极能够发生电氧化反应,浓度在20~100μmol·L^(-1)范围内,苏丹红Ⅰ的DPV氧化峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系.最后测试实际样品辣椒粉中苏丹红Ⅰ的含量并进行回收率实验.
In this experiment, graphene/carbon nanotube composites were modified on the glassy carbon electrode by drop coating.The electrochemical behaviors of Sudan red Ⅰ on graphene/carbon nanotube electrode were studied by CV and DPV methods.The results demonstrate that Sudan red Ⅰ showed an excellent electrochemical response on graphene/carbon nanotube electrode.In the range of 20~100 μmol·L^(-1),the DPV oxidation peak current of Sudan red Ⅰ had a good linear relationship with its concentrations.Finally, the content of Sudan red Ⅰ in pepper powder was tested and the recovery rate was performed.
