绿色干拌法细石混凝土水胶比试验及工程应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 绿色干拌法混凝土施工具有绿色环保、质量稳定等优势.对C30等几种强度等级的干拌法细石混凝土配合比试验,结果表明水胶比0.45时,混凝土的力学性能和工作性能均最佳.结合工程案例,对采用特种粉罐车运至工地现场的防离析密闭储存罐的底部、中部和顶部进行多次取样筛分试验,结果表明拌合料的匀质性符合现行混凝土质量控制标准;进一步测定施工搅拌过程中的水胶比,其值均为0.44.可在工程中体量不大且施工持续时间长的结构构件施工时推广应用. Green dry mix concrete has some advantages such as environmental protection and quality stability.Experiments on the mix proportion of dry mix fine-stone concrete with C30 and other strength grades show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.45,the mechanical properties and working properties of concrete are the best.Based on engineering cases,sampling and screening tests were carried out on the bottom,middle and top of the anti-segregation closed storage tanks transported to the construction site by special powder tankers.The results show that the homogeneity of the mixture meets the current concrete quality control standards.The water-binder ratio in the construction mixing process was further measured,and the values were all 0.44.Therefore,it can be popularized and applied in the construction of structural members with small volume and long construction duration.
