冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床研究中回归分析的应用概况

Overview of the application of regression analysis in clinical research of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)目前在心血管疾病中的患病率逐年升高,将现代统计学方法运用于CHD临床研究中显得尤为重要。回归分析方法由于相对成熟的算法和容易解释的统计结果,近年来被广泛应用于各种研究中,故本文检索近五年在CHD临床研究中运用回归分析方法的文章并将其进行归纳总结,发现临床医学工作中线性回归、logistic回归分析和Cox风险回归模型的运用较为广泛,并分别应用于研究疾病与理化指标相关性、危险因素及预后评估等,为广大临床工作者在选择统计分析方法时提供一定参考。

The prevalence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)among cardiovascular diseases is currently increasing year by year.It is particularly important to apply modern statistical methods to the clinical research of CHD.The regression analysis methods have been widely used in various researches in recent years due to its relatively mature algorithms and easy-to-interpret statistical results.Therefore,the articles with regression analysis methods applied in CHD clinical research for the recent five years were retrieved and summarized in this paper.It was found that linear regression,logistic regression analysis and Cox risk regression models were more widely used in clinical medicine work,and were respectively applied to study the correlation between diseases and physicochemical indexes,risk factors and prognosis assessment and others,so as to provide some references for a wide range of clinical workers in selecting statistical analysis met hods.
