摘要 目的探讨适合高职药学专业学生的职业核心技能评价模型。方法采用德尔菲法(Delphi法)确定评价指标模型指标集,采用层次分析法(AHP法)和定量统计法确定指标集权重,绘制出山东医学高等专科学校药学专业学生职业核心能力指标模型影响因素的鱼骨图,采用模糊综合评价法进行评价。结果形成了由3个一级指标、9个二级指标、32个三级指标组成的权重分配合理、方法科学的评价体系。从各指标权重排名中看出心理健康和与人沟通合作能力是药学专业学生职业核心能力的关键,并运用模型进行实证评价。结论本研究建立的模型科学、可行、简便,为学生的职业核心能力评价提供参考。 Objective To investigate the evaluation model of career core competency suitable for higher vocational students majored in pharmacy.Methods The Delphi method was used to determine the index set of the evaluation index model.The weights of the index set were determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP method)and the quantitative statistical method.The fishbone diagram of the influencing factors of the core competence index model of students majored in pharmacy of Shandong Medical college was drawn,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for evaluation.Results An evaluation system with reasonable weight distribution and scientific method was formed,which consisted of 3 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators.The weight ranking of each index showed that psychological health and the ability to communicate and cooperate with others were the keys to the core competency for students majored in pharmacy,and the model is used for empirical evaluation.Conclusion The established model of our study is scientific,feasible and simple,which provides a reference for the evaluation of career core competency of students.
