细节人文护理模式对急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者介入治疗的价值

Value of detailed humanistic nursing model for the interventional treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia

目的探讨急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者在介入治疗期间配合细节人文护理模式对患者病情及生活质量的影响。方法将2020年1-4月莆田学院附属医院收治确诊为急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者80例为研究对象,均符合介入治疗标准,在数字编序后用软件SAS 18.0辅助完成随机均等分组,设为对照组与人文组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,人文组给予细节人文护理干预。比较对两组患者抢救成功率、抢救后心功能指标[心率(HR)、校正后QT间期(QTc)、QT间期离散度(QTd)]、并发症总发生率以及生活质量(SF-36)等。结果在抢救率方面,人文组患者成功率为95.00%,对照组成功率为85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入治疗后人文组患者心功能各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后人文组患者并发症总发生率为7.50%,对照组患者并发症总发生率为25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在干预后人文组患者生活质量各项维度检测优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对介入治疗的急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者在围术期提供细节人文护理有助于更好的推动手术流程进行,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the detailed humanistic nursing model on patients'condition and quality of life during interventional treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from January to April 2020 and met the indications for interventional treatment were selected for analysis.They were randomly and equally divided into the control group and the humanistic group with the assistance of software SAS 18.0 after numerical sequencing,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional perioperative nursing for acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia intervention,while the humanistic group received the detailed humanistic nursing intervention model.The clinical value of the detailed humanistic nursing model was summarized in terms of the resuscitation success rate,post-resuscitation cardiac function indexes[heart rate(HR),corrected QT interval(QTc),QT interval dispersion(QTd)],total incidence of complications,quality of life(SF-36)and other indexes of patients in both groups.Results In terms of resuscitation rate,the success rate of patients in the humanistic group was 95.00%,while that in the control group was 85.00%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After interventional treatment,the data of cardiac function indexes of patients in the humanistic group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total incidence of complications of patients in the humanistic group was 7.50%,while that in the control group was 25.00%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the data of the quality of life in all dimensions in the humanistic group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing detailed humanistic nursing to patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with arrhythmia during the perioperative period can help to better promote the surgical process,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
