两种修复技术在前牙间隙美容修复的疗效及经济学评价

The efficacy and economic evaluation of two kinds of restoration techniques in the cosmetic restoration of anterior interdental space

目的探讨复合树脂多层修复技术与复合树脂直接粘接修复技术对前牙间隙美容修复的疗效及经济性。方法选取2017年1月至2020年10月在厦门市第五医院行前牙间隙美容修复患者76例,根据随机数字表法将76例患者分为两组,每组各38例。观察组采用复合树脂多层修复技术,对照组采用复合树脂直接粘接修复技术,比较两组的临床治疗效果、花费情况及满意度评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.1%,对照组为73.7%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复前两组患者的咬合力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复后两组的咬合力均升高,且观察组的改善程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总花费明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合树脂多层修复技术治疗前牙间隙美容修复效果显著,且可降低经济负担。

Objective To explore the efficacy and economic efficiency of the composite resin multilayer repair technique and the composite resin direct bonding repair technique in the cosmetic restoration of anterior interdental space.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent cosmetic restoration of anterior interdental space in the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from January 2017 to October 2020 were selected as study objects and divided them into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The observation group received composite resin multilayer repair and the control group received composite resin direct bonding repair.The clinical treatment effect,cost and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.1%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.7%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in bite force between the two groups before restoration(P>0.05).The bite force of the two groups increased after restoration,and the improvement degree in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total treatment cost of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The composite resin multilayer repair technique exerts a significant effect in the treatment of cosmetic restoration of anterior interdental space and can reduce economic burden.
