优韧瓷嵌体与复合树脂充填对小儿第一恒磨牙大面积缺损修复的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of superior ceramic inlays and composite resin fillings on the restoration of large defects in pediatric first permanent molars

目的探讨优韧瓷嵌体与复合树脂充填对小儿第一恒磨牙大面积缺损修复效果。方法选择湖北省潜江市中心医院2017年9月至2019年9月收诊的92例磨牙大面积缺损患儿,均为第一恒磨牙,简单随机法分为试验组(46例,优韧瓷嵌体)与对照组(46例,复合树脂充填)两组,比较两组治疗后的临床附着水平(CAL)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)水平,并统计其修复一年后的牙齿缺陷合计率。结果试验组修复后的CAL(1.97±0.32)mm、PD(3.03±0.26)mm,低于对照组的(2.83±0.46)mm、(3.71±0.34)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后,试验组修复后的牙齿缺陷合计率为4.35%,低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优韧瓷嵌体有助于改善第一恒磨牙大面积缺损患儿的牙周状况,提高其修复效果,减少其修复后的牙齿缺陷情况。

Objective To investigate the effect of superior ceramic inlays and composite resin fillings on the restoration of large defects in pediatric first permanent molars.Methods A total of 92 children with large defects in first permanent molars admitted to Qianjiang Central Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group(46 cases,superior ceramic inlays)and the control group(46 cases,composite resin fillings)by the simple random method.The clinical attachment level(CAL)and periodontal pocket probing depth(PD)level after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total rate of tooth defects at one year after restoration was calculated.Results The CAL(1.97±0.32)mm and PD(3.03±0.26)mm in the experimental group were lower than those of(2.83±0.46)mm and(3.71±0.34)mm in the control group after restoration,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After one year of follow-up,the total rate of tooth defects after restoration was 4.35%in the experimental group,which was lower than that of 17.39%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The superior ceramic inlays helps to improve the periodontal condition of children with large defects in first permanent molars,enhance the restoration effe ct and reduce the tooth defects after restoration.
