传统医技检查预约为各医技检查科室各自管理本科室的预约登记,无法做到全院的检查资源合理分配和共享,同时可能存在同一患者多个检查项目之间的检查规则冲突,造成患者检查等待时间过长。为了解决以上问题,通过建立统一的医技检查预约系统,对各医技检查科室的检查资源进行统筹分配管理、避免检查规则冲突,同时对检查预约流程进行优化,缩短了患者医技检查等待时长,提高了检查设备的利用率、门诊工作效率和住院周转率,缩短了患者医技检查等待时长。

The conventional medical technology examination reservation is for each medical technology examination department to manage the reservation registration of its own department,which cannot reasonably allocate and share the examination resources of the whole hospital.At the same time,there may be conflicts of examination rules in multiple examination items of the same patient,resulting in long waiting time for patients'examination.In order to solve the above problems,by establishing a unified medical technology examination reservation system,the examination resources of each medical technology examination department are allocated and managed as a whole to avoid the conflict of examination rules.At the same time,the examination reservation process is optimized,which shortens the waiting time of patients'medical technology examination,improves the utilization rate of examination equipment,outpatient work efficiency and hospitalization turnover rate,and decrease the waiting time of patients'medical technology examination.
