摘要
研究概率语言术语情境下的多属性群决策问题.首先,将决策者给予方案中各属性语言评价术语转换为概率语言术语,通过数学模型将属性的概率语言术语再转化为区间数,利用区间数的熵值法确定属性权重;其次,不仅考虑概率语言术语集中的概率值,而且还兼顾构成概率中各决策者的重要性程度,其重要性程度也即权重参与决策计算;再次,为了建立决策算法,把属性的概率语言术语集转换为概率区间值犹豫模糊集并将其映射为区间数集合,利用区间数的积型贴近度模型对各方案对应属性值进行两两测度,通过统计测度数值结果达到对方案优选目的;最后,通过一个实例对文中知识脉络进行了详细梳理,结果表明该方法能够取得符合实际的决策效果.
The multi-attribute group decision making problem with attribute information as language evaluation term in probabilistic hesitation fuzzy situation is studied.Firstly,the language evaluation terms of each attribute in the scheme are converted into the corresponding interval number,and the interval number entropy method is used to determine the attribute weight.Secondly,not only the probability value corresponding to the membership degree in the hesitating fuzzy element is considered,but also the importance degree of each decision maker in the formation probability is taken into account,whose importance degree is the weight participating in the decision-making calculation.Thirdly,the corresponding attribute values of each scheme are measured pairwise by using the product type closeness model of interval number,and the objective of optimizing the scheme is achieved through the results of statistical measure.Finally,through an example,the paper makes a detailed combing of the knowledge context,and the results show that the theory can achieve practical decision-making effect.
