摘要
以我国西部地区某运营高速公路隧道为例,进行外观观察、检测和钻芯取样,对隧道衬砌厚度不足、衬砌裂缝、衬砌脱空及渗漏水情况进行统计和原因分析,并对土建结构技术状况进行评定。结果表明,隧道裂缝主要为环向裂缝,分布在拱脚(起拱线);衬砌厚度不足、脱空主要分布在拱顶范围;渗漏水多发生于拱脚处。在此基础上对不同病害严重程度进行分类,提出维修加固方案,以提高隧道安全性、耐久性和功能性。
Taking an operating expressway tunnel in Western China as an example, appearance observation, detection and core sampling are conducted, insufficient thickness of tunnel lining, lining cracks, lining voiding and water leakage are counted and the reasons are analyzed, and the technical status of civil structures is evaluated. The results show that the tunnel cracks are mainly circular cracks, which are distributed in the arch toe(initiation line);the insufficient thickness of lining and the voids are mainly distributed in the vault area;the water leakage occurs mostly at the arch toe. On this basis, the severity of different diseases is classified, and the maintenance and reinforcement plan is proposed to improve the safety, durability and functionality of the tunnel.
