摘要 针对装配式小箱梁桥运营时间长、病害严重的现状,以岩盘沟大桥加固工程为依托,应用预应力CFRP加固技术,实现带载、主动加固设计和快速便捷施工。在预应力CFRP板材选型、装配式锚固装置调研基础上,对初始张拉应力与有效预应力进行计算研究,开展主梁加固前、后荷载试验对比分析,结果表明其加固后承载能力显著提高。 In view of the long operation time and serious diseases of the prefabricated small box girder bridge, relying on the reinforcement project of Yanpangou Bridge, the prestressed CFRP reinforcement technology is applied to realize the load-carrying, active reinforcement design and fast and convenient construction. Based on the selection of prestressed CFRP plates and the investigation of the prefabricated anchoring device, the initial tensile stress and effective prestress are calculated and analyzed. The comparative analysis of the load test before and after the main beam reinforcement is carried out, and the results show that the bearing capacity of main beam after reinforcement is significantly improved.
