摘要
以重庆约克北郡三期项目室内植物园为例,介绍钢结构穹顶壳罩施工技术。采用地面原位拼装,减少高空作业,降低安全风险;用拼装胎架及提升架代替满堂架,节约工程成本;运用BIM技术辅助钢结构施工,保证工程质量;运用液压整体提升技术快速高效地完成植物园钢结构穹顶壳罩就位拼装,可有效解决超大型多曲面空间室内植物园钢结构穹顶壳罩的施工难题。
Taking the indoor botanical garden of Chongqing York North Shire three project as an example, the construction technology of the steel structure dome shell cover is introduced. Using ground in-situ assembly to reduce high-altitude operations and reduce safety risks;using assembled tire frames and lifting frames to replace full frames to save engineering costs;using BIM technology to assist steel structure construction to ensure project quality;using hydraulic overall lifting technology to quickly and efficiently complete the assembly of the steel structure dome shell cover the botanical garden, which can effectively solve the construction problem of the steel structure dome shell cover of the ultra-large multi-curved space indoor botanical garden.
