胃镜结合生化检验诊断胃异位胰腺的准确性及有效性

The accuracy and effectiveness of gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas

目的探讨胃镜结合生化检验诊断胃异位胰腺的准确性及有效性。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月湖北理工学院附属黄石爱康医院消化内科收治的胃异位胰腺患者90例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组采取X线钡餐透视试验,观察组应用胃镜结合生化检验进行治疗,比较两组对胃异位胰腺诊断的准确性及有效性。结果观察组诊断准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组漏诊率、误诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者胃液淀粉酶、脂肪酶均低于胰腺管液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胃镜结合生化检验诊断胃异位胰腺具有较高的诊断准确率,同时还可提供相应的治疗方式,为疾病的诊断治疗提供有价值的参考依据,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the accuracy and effectiveness of gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric heterotopic pancreas admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Huangshi Aikang Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Polytechnic University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent X-ray barium meal fluoroscopy test,while the observation group underwent gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests.The accuracy and effectiveness in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the contents of amylase and lipase in gastric juice were lower than those in pancreatic duct fluid,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests can achieve a high diagnostic accuracy rate in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas,and it can also provide corresponding treatment methods,which provides a valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and has a high diagnostic value.
