CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞在复发性自然流产中的作用及意义

目的探讨复发性自然流产患者外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞表达特点及其相关临床意义。方法选取2015年3月至2017年7月在我院妇产科就诊的复发性自然流产妇女100例作为复发性自然流产组(RSA组),另选择同期在我院妇产科就诊的正常妊娠产妇50例作为对照组(正常妊娠组)。采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞表达水平,并对两组结果进行比较分析。结果复发性自然流产组CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞表达水平为(5.06±1.35)%,显著低于正常妊娠组的(10.43±2.59)%(P<0.05)。结论复发性自然流产患者外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞表达水平较正常孕产妇显著降低,提示CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞参与了复发性自然流产的发生、发展过程。通过检测CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg细胞表达水平变化可为复发性自然流产的发病机制提供新的思路,为临床诊疗提供更多的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 100 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from March 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the recurrent spontaneous abortion group(RSA group),and 50 pregnant women in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group(normal pregnancy group).Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups,and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The expression level of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells in the recurrent spontaneous abortion group(5.06±1.35%)was significantly lower than that of the normal pregnancy group(10.43±2.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion is significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women,suggesting that CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells are involved in the occurrence and development of recurrent spontaneous abortion.The detection of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cell expression levels can provide new ideas for the pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion and provide more treatment methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
