我国耐火材料工业的发展历程、取得的进步和低碳转型新发展——纪念钟香崇院士诞辰100周年 被引量:8

摘要 回顾了我国耐火材料工业的主要奠基人和主要开拓者钟香崇院士(1921.11.21—2015.02.11)一生“三次创业”的历程,以及在他领导、组织或参与指导下,我国耐火材料工业不同时期的主要发展情况。1949年他在英国取得博士学位后旋即回国参加新中国建设;1949—1969年在北京国家冶金部(重工业部)工作,组织规划发展全国耐火材料行业,期间于1963年开始负责组建洛阳耐火材料研究所并兼任所长;1973—2000年在洛阳,发展洛阳耐火材料研究所(院);2000年到郑州直至2015年仙逝,创建发展郑州大学高温材料研究所。他站在国家和行业发展的高度,始终倡导“立足我国耐火资源特点,发展有中国特色的耐火材料”的技术方针,为我国耐火材料工业的生产技术、人才培养、学术交流、高等教育等的全面发展,实现从弱到大到逐渐变强奋斗了终生,做出了突出贡献,是我国“耐火材料之父”。20世纪最后的两个五年计划,在我国耐火材料工业发展史上具有里程碑的意义,这期间耐火材料行业承担了六个国家重大科技项目。通过这些项目的实施、带动和成果转化、推广应用,耐火材料工业实现了跳跃式的发展,为进入21世纪后的发展奠定了重要基础。介绍了不同时期钢铁工业工艺技术装备发展概况和对耐火材料行业发展的影响,以及21世纪后耐火材料工业取得的新进步和低碳转型新发展。今后,耐火材料行业要接续奋斗,加快构建并形成绿色、低碳、循环、智能的高质量产业体系和生态产业链,力争在2060年前早日实现碳中和,不断适应和满足新发展阶段的新发展要求。 The“Three Exploitation”of Academician Zhong Xiangchong(1921.11.21-2015.02.11),who is the main founder and main pioneer of China’s refractories industry,was reviewed.The development of China’s refractories industry in different stages under his guidance,organization and participation was introduced.After receiving his doctor’s degree in Britain in 1949,Academician Zhong Xiangchong immediately returned to participate in the construction of P.R.China.From 1949 to 1969,he worked in the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry(Ministry of Heavy Industry)in Beijing,and planned the development of the China’s refractories industry.During this period,he established Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research(LIRR)and served as the director in 1963.From 1973 to 2000,he worked in Luoyang to develop LIRR.From 2000 to 2015 when he passed away,he established and developed High Temperature Ceramics Institute in Zhengzhou University.At the height of national and industrial development,he has always advocated the technical policy of“developing Chinese-style refractory materials based on China’s unique refractory resources”,and has made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s refractories industry in terms of production technology,talent training,academic exchange and higher education so he is regarded as the“Father of refractories”.The last two five-year plans in the 20 th century are of milestone significance in the development history of China’s refractories.During this period,the refractories industry undertook six major national science and technology projects.Through the implementation,drive,achievement transformation,popularization and application of these projects,the refractory industry has developed greatly,which laid an important foundation for the development in the 21 st century.The process technology and equipment development of iron and steel industry in different periods and its impact on the development of refractories industry,as well as the new progress and low-carbon transformation of refractories industry in the 21 st century were introduced.In the future,the refractories industry should continue to strive for the construction and formation of a green,low-carbon,circular and intelligent high-quality industrial system and an ecological industrial chain,achieving carbon neutrality before 2060,and constantly meeting the new requirements of the new development stage.
