摘要
鲁西站柔直单元阀控系统在运行过程中发生因板卡故障导致的快速保护通讯信号异常时,直流系统发生跳闸事故,严重影响直流工程的安全稳定运行。对阀控系统快速保护通讯故障逻辑进行梳理,对比事故过程中的跳闸时序,分析阀控跳闸原因,针对跳闸过程中的时序配合问题,提出了一种适用于阀控切换过程的逻辑优化策略,通过搭建RTLAB硬件仿真平台,验证了所提策略的有效性。
During the operation of valve control system of flexible direct current unit in Luxi station,direct current system trips due to abnormal fast protection communication signal caused by board fault,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of direct current project.The fault logic of fast protection communication of valve control system is sorted out,and the reason of trip of valve control is analyzed by comparing the trip sequence of accident process.Aiming at the timing coordination problem in the trip process,a logic optimization strategy suitable for valve control switching process is proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by building RTLAB hardware simulation platform.
