摘要 针对现有模型预测转矩控制(MPTC)策略应用于永磁同步电机(PMSM)调速系统时存在的权重因子选取困难、系统稳态转矩与磁链脉动大的问题,提出了一种基于顺序模型预测转矩控制(SMPTC)的空间电压矢量细分优化策略。首先利用SMPTC中的分层思想实现无权重控制;其次将其与空间电压矢量细分相结合,增加算法预测步骤中可使用的有效电压矢量数目,并重新构造矢量选取方式,改善系统稳态时磁链及转矩脉动大的问题;同时对预测算法中目标函数评估过程进行简化,提高系统响应速度,降低算法复杂度。通过仿真模型证实了所提优化算法的有效性,最后在实验平台上进一步验证了该方法在实际应用中的可行性。 Model predictive torque control(MPTC)has disadvantages of difficulty in selecting weighting factors and large ripple of torque and flux for steady-state conditions in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed-monitoring system.So based on sequential model predictive torque control(SMPTC),a space voltage vector subdivision optimization strategy is proposed.Firstly,by using the hierarchical idea of SMPTC to realize weightless control.Secondly,it is combined with the space voltage vector subdivision to increase the number of effective voltage vectors that can be used in the algorithm prediction step,and reconstruct the vector selection method to improve the problem of large ripple of torque and flux for steady-state conditions.At the same time,the objective function evaluation process in the prediction algorithm is simplified to enhance the system response speed and reduce the algorithm complexity.The validity of the proposed optimzed strategy is verified through simulation,finally,the feasibility of this method is tested through the experimental platform.
