Theory and Practice of Cultivating Jade Carving Professionals

依托南阳玉雕产业优势,南阳师范学院设立了工艺美术(玉雕)专业,同时,作为特色优势专业进行培育。文章对近年来玉雕专业建设和人才培养的改革创新实践进行了梳理和分析,提出现代学院教育与传统师徒教育相结合、技艺传承与文化传承相并重等育人新理念,从注重系统知识体系培育和创新能力培养、校企深度合作与产业需求相融合、大师进校园发挥师带徒的育人优势等几个方面进行了实践性教学改革与创新。

Relying on the advantages of nanyang jade carving industry,Nanyang Normal University has established the jade carving major,and at the same time,it has been cultivated as a specialty with characteristic advantages.This paper sorts out and explores the reform and innovation practice of jade carving professional construction and talent training in recent years,and puts forward new educational concepts like the combination of modern college education and traditional teacher-apprentice education,equal emphasis on the inheritance of skills and culture.Meanwhile,the practical teaching reform and innovation are carried out from several aspects,such as emphasizing the cultivation of systematic knowledge system and the cultivation of innovation ability,the integration of the practical activities of the deep cooperation between the university and the industry,and the educational advantages of masters entering the campus and guiding the students.
