偏头痛与扩大的脑血管周围间隙的关系

摘要 目的探讨偏头痛与扩大的脑血管周围间隙的关系。方法检索英文数据库PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library,中文数据库中国知网、万方等数据库,收集其中收录的自2000年1月至2020年5月公开发表的关于偏头痛与脑血管周围间隙的相关随机对照试验、病例对照研究、队列研究。根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献,并提取资料及评价文献质量。统计学采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入3篇中文,2篇英文文献,95%CI区间为2.01[1.12,3.61](P=0.02),即偏头痛人群发生扩大的脑血管周围间隙的概率为对照组的2.01倍。结论偏头痛患者更易合并扩大的脑血管周围间隙。 Objective To investigate the relationship between migraine and enlarged perivascular spaces.Methods The databases including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI and Wanfang were searched by computer,and the published data from January 2000 to May 2020 were collected case control study and cohort study on migraine and perivascular space.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was selected,and the data were extracted and the quality of the literature was evaluated.The RevMan5.3 software was used for meta analysis.Results Three articles in Chinese and two articles in English were included,and the 95%CI was 2.01[1.12,3.61](P=0.02),that is the probability of enlarged perivascular spaces in migraine patients was 2.01 times that in the control group.Conclusion Patients with migraine are more likely to have enlarged perivascular spaces.
