优质护理应用于经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折患者护理中的效果观察

Effects of quality care in the care of patients with spinal fractures treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle nailing

目的优质护理应用于行经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者护理中的效果观察。方法选取2019年6月-2020年6月在四川省某医院就诊的82例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用优质护理。比较2组患者的术中出血量、住院时长。比较2组患者手术前及出院时视觉模拟法(VAS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组患者术中出血量为(72.51±9.63)mL,少于对照组的(105.66±10.31)mL,同时研究组患者住院时长为(14.8±1.4)d,短于对照组的(23.5±1.6)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时研究组患者VAS及SAS评分分别为(2.38±0.47)分及(33.05±4.37)分,低于对照组的(4.69±0.71)分及(45.18±4.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者进行优质护理,有助于减少术中出血量,缩短住院时长,缓解患者焦虑情绪,减轻患者疼痛感,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of quality care applied in the care of patients with spinal fractures treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle nailing surgery.Methods Eighty-two patients with spinal fractures attending a hospital in Sichuan Province from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected for the study and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional care and patients in the study group were given quality care.The intraoperative bleeding and length of hospital stay of the patients in the 2 groups were compared.The visual analogue method(VAS)and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)scores were compared between the two groups of patients before surgery and at the time of discharge.Results The intraoperative bleeding in the study group was(72.51±9.63)mL,which was less than that in the control group at(105.66±10.31)mL,and the length of hospitalization in the study group was(14.8±1.4)d,which was shorter than that in the control group at(23.5±1.6)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and SAS scores of the study group at discharge were 2.38±0.47 and 33.05±4.37,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group at 4.69±0.71 and 45.18±4.15,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality care for patients with spinal fractures treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle nailing helps to reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stay,relieve patients′anxiety,and reduce patients′pain,with significant clinical effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
