摘要
组蛋白去乙酰化酶2(HDAC2)是Ⅰ类组蛋白去乙酰化酶,对染色体的结构修饰和基因表达的调控起着重要作用。大量研究表明HDAC2参与恶性肿瘤的发生,并通过多种信号通路调控恶性肿瘤的发生、增殖、侵袭与迁移等生物学作用。本文综述了HDAC2在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制,旨在为临床预防、诊断、治疗及预后提供可靠的作用靶点。
HDAC2 is a class I histone deacetylase,which plays an important role in the structural modification of chromosomes and the regulation of gene expression.A large number of studies have shown that HDAC2 is involved in the occurrence of malignant tumors,and regulates the occurrence,proliferation,invasion and migration of malignant tumors through a variety of signal pathways.This article reviews the mechanism of HDAC2 in malignant tumors,and aims to provide reliable targets for clinical prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
