摘要
试样用硝酸镁助灰干法消解 ,火焰原子吸收法测定皮革中铅、镉含量。铅、镉相对标准偏差分别为 :8.3% ,11.6 % ;加标回收率分别为 :84 .2 % - 93.5 % ,88.2 % - 91.3%。
The sample is pretreated with magnesium nitrate by means of dry-ashing method, the contents of lead and cadmium in leather was determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The RSD for lead and cadmium are 8.3%, 11.6%; their recoveries tested by standard addition method are 84.2%-93.5%,88.2%-91.3%?
