摘要
二氧化钛具有光催化降解甲醛的性能,可用于皮革生产制造中以降低成品革中的甲醛含量。以柔软度和撕裂力为评价指标,探讨硅烷偶联剂改性TiO_(2)/聚丙烯酸复合材料(SCA-TiO_(2)/PAC)的最佳应用条件。填充工序为:SCA-TiO_(2)/PAC用量为5%,栲胶用量为3%,氨基树脂用量为8%,合成鞣剂用量为6%;加脂工序为:天然加脂剂用量为9%,合成加脂剂用量为3%。此时,坯革柔软度为5.05,撕裂力76.28 N,甲醛未检出。
Titanium dioxide has the performance of photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde and can be used in leather production to reduce the formaldehyde content in the finished leather.The softness and tearing force were uesd as evaluation indicators,while the best application conditions of silane coupling agent modified TiO_(2)/polyacrylic acid composite material(SCA-TiO_(2)/PAC)were discussed.In the filling process,the amount of SCA-TiO_(2)/PAC is 5%,the amount of tannin extract is 3%,the amount of amino resin is 8%,and the amount of synthetic tanning agent is 6%.In the fatliquoring process,the amount of natural fatliquor is 9%,and the amount of synthetic fatliquor is 3%.The softness of the crust leather was 5.05,the tearing force was 76.28N,and formaldehyde was not detected.
