交联对氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合皮革涂饰剂性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 交联可以改善复合材料的分散性,并可提升复合材料的功能性。采用溶液共混法制备了不同戊二醛用量下的氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合皮革涂饰剂。研究结果表明:适量的戊二醛可提升复合材料的分散性,粒径分布系数可降低至0.253。戊二醛用量越高,复合材料对酸、碱的稳定性越强,同时亲水性也越差。此外,交联还可提升复合涂层的物理机械性能,耐磨耗可提升至4级,耐干擦提升至5级,耐湿擦提升至4-5级,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率均可达≥99.9%。 Cross-linking can improve the dispersion and enhance the functionality of composite materials.The aminated graphene/chitosan composite leather finishing agent with different amounts of glutaraldehyde was prepared by solution blending method.The research results showed that:an appropriate amount of glutaraldehyde can improve the dispersion of the composite material,and the particle size distribution coefficient can be reduced to 0.253.The higher the amount of glutaraldehyde,the stronger the stability of the composite to acid and alkali,and the worse the hydrophilicity.In addition,cross-linking can also improve the physical mechanical properties of the composite coating.Wear resistance can be increased to level 4,dry rub resistance to level 5,and wet rub resistance to level 4-5.It was resistant to Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.The antibacterial rate can reach≥99.9%.
