摘要
该核壳型有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液利用丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、乙烯基三乙氧硅烷等为主要原料合成。讨论了乳化剂用量、有机硅的用量对硅丙乳液性能影响,试验发现,2%乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改性的丙烯酸树脂具有很好的耐水性,普通丙烯酸树脂的吸水率为6.4%,改性后最低可以降到4.9%,并且在阻燃性能、耐酸性、耐溶剂性方面都有改善。
The core-shell type organosilicon modified acrylate emulsion was synthesized by using butyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,acrylic acid,and vinyl triethoxysilane as main raw materials.The influence of factors such as the amount of emulsifier,the amount of silicone were discussed.Test results showed that modified acrylic resin with 2%of VTES has good water resistance.Water absorption of the ordinary acrylic resin is 6.4%,while the organosilicone modified acrylic resin can be down to 4.9%.And inflammation,solvent properties and acid-resistant have been improved.
