摘要
随着新技术、新商业模式、新商业业态的出现和发展,新商科教育应运而生。在新商科教育的实践和探索中,河南工程学院靠研究产出学科成果,利用“商业+”或“+商业”等规划专业布局,改革课程体系与教学方式,深化协同办学机制,调整质量评价体系,收到了较好的效果。具体经验是建设开放团队,为改革提供依托;建设行业学院,并以此为平台畅通产教融合;建设动力机制保障改革,依靠动力机制促进改革;把改革落到实处,务求实效;改革步骤循序渐进,螺旋式提升改革效果与品质。
The New Business Studies emerged in response to the appearance and development of the new The technology,business mode and operational types.During the practice and exploration of The New Business Stu-dies,some academic achievements have been gained in Henan University of Engineering based on research via planning the professional layout of"business+"or"+business",innovating the curriculum system and teaching mode,deepening the coordinated educational system,and adjusting the quality evaluation system.Some referential experiences are as follows.The open team was built to support the reform;some industry colleges were established to promote the integration of industry and education;the dynamic mechanism was constructed to ensure and promote the reform;the reform was put into effect;the reform was carried out step by step,and the effect and quality of the reform was improved in a spiral way.
