A Unilateral Shelling Device for Mussels

脱壳是贻贝加工工艺中的重要工序,针对传统加工过程中存在的脱壳效率低、设备缺乏、得肉率低等问题,提出了一种新型贻贝单边脱壳装置,主要由定向、排序和脱壳三部分组成。装置采用热处理与机械加工组合脱壳技术,介绍了其主要部件的工作原理。为贻贝产业化单边脱壳提供新途径,有利于改变贻贝食品品种单一的现状,对开发贻贝新产品、振兴贻贝加工业具有重要意义。

Shelling is an important process in the mussel processing technology.Aiming at the problems of low shelling efficiency,lack of equipment,and low meat yield in the traditional processing process,a new type of unilateral mussel shelling device is proposed.Mainly composed of three parts:orientation,sorting and shelling.Using heat treatment and mechanical processing combined shelling technology,the working principle of the main components in the device is introduced.It provides a new way for the unilateral shelling of mussel industrialization,which is beneficial to change the current situation of single mussel food variety,and is of great significance to the development of new mussel products and the revitalization of the mussel processing industry.
