《老子》哲学源自于天地之道,其基本思想与“一带一路”倡议的精髓有相通之处,其中“生而不有,为而不恃,长而不宰”“天地不仁,以万物为刍狗;圣人不仁,以百姓为刍狗”“水善利万物而不争”“道之在天下,犹川谷之於江海”“以百姓心为心”“执大象,天下往”等论断对推动“一带一路”走深走实具有诸多启发:要遵循平等协商、公平公正原则,拥有海纳百川之胸襟,坚持以人为本理念,树立正确义利观等。

The philosophy of Lao Tzu originates from the natural world,the basic thought of which is interlinked with the soul of Belt and Road.There are many inferences in Lao Tzu as follows:"produce and cultivate things,but not to control and rely on them","the heaven and earth is not benevolent,and take all things as sacrificial dogs","the saints are not benevolent,and take civilians as sacrificial dogs","the water is good for all things and indisputable","the Tao in the world is like the valley in the rivers and seas","focus civilians"and"hold Tao and be supported by people".All the above offers a lot of enlightenments to the promotion of Belt and Road implementation,including following aspects like following the principle of equal consultation,sticking to the principles of fairness and justice,having the mind of high integration,adhering to the concept of people-oriented,and establishing a correct view of justice and profit.
