Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与预后的关系

Expression of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis

目的探讨Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法选取2005年1月-2017年1月福建省某医院收治的100例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,收集患者的临床及随访资料,比较Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在不同组织中的表达情况;分析Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A表达对子宫内膜癌患者预后的影响及影响患者预后的危险因素。结果子宫内膜癌组织中Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白高表达率高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=62.947、122.120、42.762,均P<0.001)。浸润肌层深度≥1/2、肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、分化程度G1、淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌患者Rab35、CIP2A及TMPRSS4蛋白高表达率均高于浸润肌层深度<1/2、肿瘤分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、分化程度G2、G3及淋巴结未转移者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白表达阴性者中位生存时间长于表达阳性者,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.733、13.400、12.127,均P<0.001)。COX回归分析结果显示,浸润肌层深度≥1/2、肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肿瘤分化程度G1、出现淋巴结转移和Rab35、CIP2A、TMPRSS4蛋白高表达是影响子宫内膜癌患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,且Rab35、TMPRSS4及CIP2A蛋白的表达及浸润肌层深度、肿瘤分、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况等均会影响子宫内膜癌患者预后,临床需加强这些指标的监测。

Objective To investigate the expression of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 100 patients with endometrial carcinoma treated in a hospital in Fujian Province from January 2005 to January 2017 were collected.The expressions of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins in different tissues were compared.The relationship between Rab35,TMPRSS4,CIP2A protein and pathological parameters of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed.The effects of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A expression on the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma,and the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma were analyzed.Results The high expression rates of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues;and the difference was statistically significant.(χ^(2)=62.947,122.120,42.762,all P<0.001).The high expression rates of Rab35,CIP2A and TMPRSS4 in patients with endometrial carcinoma with myometrial invasion≥1/2,tumor stageⅢ~Ⅳ,differentiation degree G1 and lymphatic metastasis were significantly higher than those with myometrial invasion depth<1/2,tumor stageⅠ~Ⅱ,differentiation degree G2,G3 and non-lymph node metastasis;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The median survival time of patients with negative expression of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A protein was longer than that of positive expression,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.733,13.400,12.127,all P<0.001).COX regression analysis showed that the depth of myometrial invasion≥1/2,tumor stageⅢ~Ⅳ,tumor differentiation degree G1,lymphatic metastasis and high expression of Rab35,CIP2A and TMPRSS4 proteins were the risk factors for prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins are highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma,and the expression of Rab35,TMPRSS4 and CIP2A proteins and the depth of myometrial invasion,tumor stage,differentiation and lymphatic metastasis will affect the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma.Clinical monitoring of these indicators should be strengthened.
