问题提示清单在临床护理应用中的研究进展

Research progress of question list in clinical nursing application

临床护理工作具有复杂且容易出错的特点,特别是护士单独值守夜班的时候更容易出现错误。问题提示清单具有导向性、计划性、调控性和反馈性的特点。本文围绕近年来国内外发表的相关文献,重点从问题提示清单作为筛查工具、评估工具、管理工具及沟通工具在临床护理中的应用效果进行阐述,以期为相关研究与实践提供参考。

Clinical nursing work is complex and error-prone,especially when nurses are on night shift alone.The list of question has the characteristics of orientation,planning,regulation and feedback.Based on the relevant literature published at home and abroad in recent years,this paper focuses on the application effect of question list as screening,evaluation,management and communication tool in clinical nursing,in order to provide reference for related research and practice.
