摘要 涡轮钻具转速高、耐高温性能好,配合孕镶金刚石钻头等高效钻头作业,是深层油气钻探、地热钻井和复杂难钻地层钻井提速增效的重要手段,同时也是配合连续管作业技术进行钻井和井筒干预作业的研究热点之一。介绍了VNIIBT和Neyrfor等国外涡轮钻具公司的先进产品及特点,从涡轮钻具整体结构改进、涡轮节效率提升和轴承寿命延长等3方面归纳了国内涡轮钻具研究所取得的成果。分析了目前涡轮钻井技术在国内油田现场的应用情况和特点,并总结了国内涡轮钻具技术的局限性,最后对国内涡轮钻具潜在的发展方向进行了探讨。研究内容可为我国涡轮钻具及相关技术发展提供借鉴。 Turbodrill has high rotary speed and good resistance to high temperature.Worked in with efficient bit such as diamond impregnated bit,the turbodrill has become an important means to improve the rate of penetration in deep oil and gas drilling,geothermal drilling and complex bad ground drilling;meanwhile,it is also one of the research hotspots to conduct drilling and wellbore intervention by working in with coiled tubing operation technology.This paper introduces the advanced products and characteristics of foreign turbodrill companies such as VNIIBT and Neyrfor,sums up the achievements of domestic turbodrill research from three aspects such as overall structure improvement of turbodrill,improvement of turbine section efficiency and improvement of bearing life,analyzes the application and characteristics of turbodrilling technology in domestic oilfields,summarizes the limitations of domestic turbodrill technology,and finally discusses the potential development direction of domestic turbodrill.The research content provides reference for the development of turbodrills and related technologies in China.
