钻井隔水管辅助管线磁记忆内检测研究

摘要 钻井隔水管主管外围系附的辅助管线内径小、长度长,采用现有检测手段对其进行损伤检测时存在成本高、效率低和漏检等问题。鉴于此,引入基于磁记忆的内检测技术,研发了可变径磁记忆内检测器。该检测器配有前、后两个检测环,可以对管线内壁实现覆盖式扫描,并可在一定范围内通过调节外径大小来对不同管径辅助管线进行检测。现场试验结果表明:该检测器具有较高的稳定性与精确性,其检测数据可以直观地显示管线的环焊缝结构及损伤特征;因不需要拆卸隔水管外围绑缚的浮力块,所以大大缩减了检测工时,能够实现高效、快速、低成本的检测目标。研究结果可为钻井隔水管辅助管线的损伤状态检测及判定提供一种可靠的检测方案。 The auxiliary line attached to the periphery of the drilling riser has small inside diameter,long length,therefore,when the existing detection methods are used to conduct damage detection on it,there are problems such as high cost,low efficiency and omissive detection.In view of this,the magnetic memory based internal detection technology was introduced,and the variable diameter magnetic memory internal detector was developed.The detector is equipped with front and rear detection rings,which can realize full scan on the inner wall of the line;and the detector can also detect the auxiliary line with different pipe diameters by adjusting its outside diameter in a certain range.The field test results show that the detector has high stability and accuracy,and its detection data can intuitively display the girth weld structure and damage characteristics of the pipeline;furthermore,the buoyancy module bound in the periphery of the riser does no need to be disassembled,which greatly reduces the detection time and can help to achieve the efficient,fast and low-cost detection target.The research results provide a reliable detection scheme for the damage state detection and judgment of auxiliary line of the drilling riser.
