摘要
电缆中常用的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料是热固性塑料,难以循环再利用,其交联和去应力时间、成本远高于热塑性材料。本工作研究的额定电压26/35 kV环保型聚丙烯(PP)绝缘电力电缆,其生产工艺不同于普通交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,通过选用热塑性改性新型环保PP作为中压电缆的绝缘材料,使用合理的生产工艺和产品结构设计,实现PP绝缘电力电缆的生产制造。该产品正常运行工作温度可达105℃,具有传输容量大、绿色环保、成本低等特点;其各项性能通过型式试验检测,而且可提高电缆的可靠运行。目前PP绝缘电力电缆在国内市场空白,该研究的应用和推广,对PP绝缘中压电力电缆的开发具有重要指导意义。
The crosslinked polyethylene insulating material commonly used in the cable is thermosetting plastic,which is difficult to recycle,crosslinking and depletion time,which is much higher than the thermoplastic insulated cable.A rated voltage of 26/35 kV power cable insulation environmentally friendly polypropylene,its production process is different from the ordinary crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cable,through the selection of the modified polypropylene as a new environmentally friendly insulating material voltage cables,the use of rational production process and product structure,to achieve mass production of polypropylene insulated cable.The product is operating normally operating up to 105℃,with large transmission capacity,green environmental protection,low cost,etc.;its performance passed type testing,but also can improve the reliable operation of the cable.At present,polypropylene insulated cable is in the blank in the domestic market.The application and popularization of this research have important guiding significance for the development of polypropylene insulated medium voltage power cable.
