摘要
为了掌握高压直流电缆直流载流量,最大限度的利用电缆的输送能力,通过理论计算与试验测量结合的方式,研究了±535kV高压直流电缆直流载流量。基于IEC60287计算了导体运行温度为70℃和90℃时的直流载流量,同时搭建了载流量试验回路,实测了运行温度为70℃和90℃时的直流载流量。试验表明,自由空气中敷设、电缆不受日光直接照射,70℃的载流量为3 266A,90℃的载流量为3 682A,90℃运行与70℃运行相比载流量提升12.7%;高压直流电缆载流量理论计算结果与实测结果基本一致,两者相差不超过0.5%。
In order to master the DC carrying capacity of HVDC cable and make the best use of the transmission capacity of the cable, the DC carrying capacity of ± 535 kV HVDC cable was studied by combining theoretical calculation with experimental measurement. The DC carrying capacity of conductor laid in free air without direct sunlight was calculated when the operating temperature is 70 ℃ and 90 ℃ based on IEC 60287, at the same time, a test circuit was built to measure the DC load when the operating temperature was 70 ℃ and 90 ℃ . The research shows that the carrying capacity of 70 ℃ is 3 266 A, and that of 90 ℃ is 3 682 A, the carrying capacity of 90 ℃ is 12. 7%higher than that of 70 ℃ . The difference between the theoretical calculation results and the measured results is no more than 0. 5%, which are basically the same.
