头皮针联合高压氧改善脑卒中后认知障碍的临床效果

Clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen on post-stroke cognitive impairment improvement

目的观察头皮针联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的效果。方法将60例脑卒中后认知障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用头皮针联合高压氧治疗,对照组采用常规康复联合高压氧治疗。治疗前、治疗4周后采用蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)量表、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表评价患者的认知功能,采用Barthel指数评价患者日常生活能力。结果疗程结束时,两组患者MoCA量表评分、MMSE量表评分、Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前,并且观察组患者各项评分高于对照组患者评分(均P<0.05)。结论头皮针联合高压氧治疗能够改善脑卒中后认知障碍患者的认知功能,并提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Before treatment and after four weeks of treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scale and the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scale were employed to assess patients′cognitive function,and the Barthel index to evaluate patients′activities of daily living(ADL).Results At the end of the treatment,the scores of MoCA scale,MMSE scale and Barthel index in both groups were higher than those before treatment,moreover,the scores of all items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the cognitive function and ADL of post-stroke patients with cognitive impairment.
