我国“小巨人”企业发展的境况与出路 被引量:37

摘要 “十四五”以及未来较长的时期,“小巨人”企业对我国产业发展、工业强基工程和制造强国建设都将产生十分重要的影响。不同地区“小巨人”企业的主导产品存在差异。有些“小巨人”企业承袭了传统产业优势,体现了地区经济特色;有些则是顺应时代发展需求而成长壮大。经济高度发达地区的“小巨人”企业更多一些,经济欠发达地区的“小巨人”企业则相对少一些。现阶段,我国一些“小巨人”企业还处于产业链中低端,有些“小巨人”企业创新能力还不强,缺乏对供应链的塑造和掌控能力,在面临外部冲击时容易产生断链和被淘汰的风险,在激烈竞争中可能被替代。未来推动“小巨人”企业发展,要从如下方面着手:聚焦主业,突出特色,增强产品核心竞争力;提升数字化、网络化、智能化水平,支持“小巨人”企业成为单项冠军企业;采用精细化管理方案,实施“走出去”战略,打造全球知名品牌方阵;加强创业创新基地建设,为“小巨人”企业提供专业化、精细化、个性化服务。 During the 14th five-year plan period and in the long term to come,"little giant"enterprises will have a very important impact on China's industrial development,industrial foundation projects and the construction of a powerful manufacturing country.At present,the number of"little giant"enterprises in different regions is different,and their leading products are also different.Some"little giants"inherit the advantages of traditional industries and reflect the characteristics of regional economy,while others are emerging to meet the development needs of the times.There are more"little giants"in highly developed areas and less"little giants"in less developed areas.At present,some of China's"little giants"are still in the middle and low end of the industrial chain,some of them are not strong in innovation,lack of the ability to shape and control the supply chain,and are prone to break the chain and be eliminated in the external impact,which may be replaced in the fierce competition.In the future,"little giant"enterprises should focus on their main business,highlight their characteristics,and enhance their core competitiveness of products;improve their digital,network,and intelligent levels,and support them to become single champion enterprises;adopt refined management schemes,implement the going outstrategy,and build a world-famous brand matrix;strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation bases,and provide specialized and refined services for"little giant"enterprises personalized service.
