以休克指数为指导对评估急诊外科严重创伤合并失血性休克患者的价值分析

Analysis of the value of shock index as guidance in evaluating patients with severe trauma in emergency surgery combined with hemorrhagic shock

目的探讨以休克指数为指导对评估急诊外科严重创伤合并失血性休克患者的效果。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月我院急诊外科收治的严重创伤合并失血性休克患者112例,随机分为2组,各56例。对照组行常规急救干预,观察组行以休克指数为指导的急救干预。对比2组急诊时间、分诊时间、预后疗效、抢救成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组急诊时间、分诊时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组预后疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科严重创伤合并失血性休克患者实施以休克指数为指导的干预可缩短急诊、分诊时间,降低并发症发生率,改善预后效果。

Objective To explore the effect of shock index as guidance to evaluate patients with severe trauma combined with hemorrhagic shock in Emergency Surgery.Methods A total of 112 patients with severe trauma and hemorrhagic shock admitted to the Emergency Department of Jintan First People′s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=56).The patients in control group received routine emergency intervention,and the ones in observation group received emergency intervention guided by shock index.The emergency time,triage time,curative effect,rescue success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency time and triage time of the patients in observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect in observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The shock index-guided intervention in emergency surgery patients with severe trauma combined with hemorrhagic shock can shorten the emergency time and triage time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis.
