基于岗位胜任力的护理专业学位研究生课程思政设计与实践——以健康促进与健康教育课程为例

The Design and Practice of"Curriculum Ideological and Political Education"for Master of Nursing Specialistbased on Job Competency——Take"Health Promotion and Health Education"as an Example

目的:探讨基于岗位胜任力的课程思政在护理专业学位研究生健康促进与健康教育课程中的实践效果。方法:选取浙江大学医学院15名2020级护理专业学位研究生为研究对象,进行教学改革实践。实施过程中,注重过程评价,课程结束后形成综合评价。结果:15名学生综合评价平均得分(86.6±9.4)分,显示学生初步具备了健康促进与健康教育能力、岗位胜任力。学生"课程思政综述"平均得分(8.1±1.4)分,政治观点正确,专业态度积极向上。在最终的案例设计与汇报中,学生能将健康促进专业知识与国家需要、人民健康需求相融合,体现了学生具有较高的思想政治水平。结论:该课程改革实现了专业教育与价值引领并重,取得了良好的效果。

[Objective]To explore the practice and application effect of Curriculum ideological and political education based on Job Competency in health promotion and health education courses for Master of Nursing Specialist.[Method]Master of Nursing Specialist who is come from College of Medicine,Zhejiang University of grade 2020 were selected as the research object and the teaching reform was carried out.In the course,process evaluation was carried out to form a comprehensive conclusion at the end of the course.[Result]The comprehensive evaluation was(86.6±9.4).According to the process assessment,we can easily find that the students have obtained the basic ability of Job Competency.On the other hand,the average score of"Course Ideological and Political Review"was(8.1±1.4)points and 15 students discussed the course ideology and politics with correct political views and positive professional attitude.[Conclusion]According to the characteristics of health promotion and health education,combining"Curriculum ideological and political education"and"Job Competency",we can realize equal emphasis on professional education and value guidance.
