CTTM在本科助产学专业产科毕业实习教学中的应用 被引量:3

The Application of CTTM in the Teaching of Obstetrics Graduation Practice for Undergraduate Midwifery Major

摘要 目的:探讨本科助产学专业产科毕业实习教学中应用案例式立体教学(CTTM)的效果。方法:选择2019年6-12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院产科毕业实习的68名辽宁中医药大学本科助产学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各34人。观察组采用CTTM教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较2组学生出科时技能操作、应急能力水平、护理决策能力上的得分和对教学的满意度。结果:观察组操作考核成绩和应急能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生在教学满意度问卷5个维度上的得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后观察组护理决策能力各个维度评分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CTTM有利于提高本科助产学专业产科毕业实习生的实践能力、应急水平和护理决策能力,提高学生对产科毕业实习教学的满意度。 [Objective]To explore the effect of case-based three-dimensional teaching(CTTM)in the obstetrics graduation practice teaching of undergraduate midwifery.[Method]A total of 68 midwifery students from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jun.2019 to Dec.2019 were selected for internship in our hospital’s obstetrics.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 students in each group.The observation group was taught with CTTM,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching.The skill operation,emergency response ability and nursing decision-making ability,and the two groups’students’satisfaction with the teaching effect of the two groups were compared.[Result]The operation assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tthe emergency ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of the five dimensions of the teaching satisfaction questionnaire of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores and total scores of the nursing decision-making ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]CTTM significantly improves the practice ability and emergency level of midwives and the ability of nursing role,and students are highly satisfied with their teaching effects.
