PAL结合DOPS在神经外科住培学员批判性思维能力培养中的实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价同伴互助学习(PAL)结合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS),培养住院医师规范化培训学员神经外科批判性思维能力的效果。方法:以64名在中国医科大学附属第一医院神经外科轮转的住培学员为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组(32人)和对照组(32人),由相同的教师授课。2组均安排4学时的患者接诊集中培训,之后住培学员进行接诊练习。实验组在上述教学安排的基础上,安排8次课下PAL教学,并利用DOPS量表练习外科接诊。采用Mini-CEX和批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)进行效果评价。结果:实验组Mini-CEX成绩(43.00±7.86)高于对照组(38.97±5.87);实验组住培学员的批判性思维能力测量表得分(288.59±22.86)高于对照组(268.38±21.14),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PAL结合DOPS有助于提高神经外科住培学员批判性思维能力和培训质量。 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of peer-assisted learning(PAL)combined with direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)on the cultivation of critical thinking ability.[Method]A total of 64 resident students who rotated in the Neurosurgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group(32 patients)and control group(32 patients)according to the random number table method.The experimental and control groups were taught by the same teachers.Patients in both the experimental group and the control group were given 4 class hours of intensive patient reception training,and then resident students received training in the clinical patient management process.On the basis of the above teaching arrangement,the experimental group was arranged 8 hours PAL teaching after class.Mini-CEX and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)were used to evaluate the effect.[Result]The score of Mini-CEX of residents in the experimental group(43.00±7.86)was significantly higher than that in the control group(38.97±5.87),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability scale in the experimental group(288.59±22.86)were higher than those in the control group(268.38±21.14),P<0.05.[Conclusion]PAL combined with DOPS is helpful to improve critical thinking ability and training quality.
