摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟教学法应用于外科专业学位硕士研究生急腹症诊治教学的效果。方法:将参加住院医师规范化培训的31名外科学专业学位硕士研究生随机分为观察组和对照组。对观察组学员采用情景模拟教学法进行急腹症临床情景模拟训练,对照组学员只进行现场观摩学习。完成培训前后分别进行书面的临床思维测试和急腹症处理能力与医患沟通能力测试,比较2组学员的成绩,并进行相应问卷调查。结果:通过情景模拟教学法进行培训后,观察组学员平均理论成绩略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学员临床实践检测评分显著高于对照组(82.2±6.5 vs 76.9±6.6,P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,观察组对教学培训总体满意度和教学培训对提高医患沟通能力、激发学习兴趣等3方面的自评分,高于对照组(P<0.05),但对教师满意度的评分无差异(P>0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法能明显提升外科研究生的急腹症诊疗能力和医患沟通能力,学员满意度较高,对激发学习兴趣、提升外科专业学位硕士研究生培养质量具有积极作用。
[Objective]To assess the effect of simulation-based training(SBT)for acute abdomen teaching on master student in clinical medicine.[Method]31 surgical master students were randomly divided into two groups.In experimental group,participants were given SBT of acute abdomen,while participants in control group were only given observation and learning of the course.Before and after the training,written clinical thinking tests and tests of acute abdomen management ability and doctor-patient communication ability were conducted,and the results of the two groups were compared.[Result]After training with SBT,the average theoretical scores of the experimental group students were slightly higher than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of clinical thinking tests of experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group(82.2±6.5 vs.76.9±6.6,P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that experimental group students’overall satisfaction with training,improvement in doctor-patient communication and learning interest by training were higher than control group students(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the scores of students’satisfaction with teachers(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The SBT can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of acute abdomen and doctor-patient communication ability of surgical master students,with higher students’satisfaction and positive effect in stimulating the interest in learning and improving the training quality of surgical master students.
