疏水改性助滤精煤脱水试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究精煤产品水分偏高的原因,解决精煤脱水难题,对精煤性质进行了分析,通过助滤-脱水试验,研究了不同疏水改性药剂对粗精煤泥和浮选精煤水分的影响。研究结果表明:粗精煤泥和浮选精煤中微细颗粒含量高、黏土类亲水性矿物的赋存是导致总精煤水分偏高的主要原因;疏水改性药剂的加入明显降低了精煤产品的水分,三种疏水改性药剂的助滤效果依次为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(1631)>十二胺(DDA)>十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(1231),其中当1631用量为150 g/t时,能够有效降低粗精煤泥水分;对于浮选精煤,当1631、1231用量为150 g/t时脱水效果最佳;总精煤的疏水改性验证试验表明,1631的作用效果稳定,当药剂用量为150 g/t时脱水效果最佳。 In order to explore the factors leading to the high moisture of flotation concentrate and tackle the difficult problems in dewatering of such coal,an analysis is made of the property of the coal together with an experimental study of the effect on dewatering of the coal produced by the use of different hydrophobic modifiers.Test results show that the high moisture of total clean slime and flotation concentrate is attributable to the high content of micro and ultrafine particles and the presence of hydrophilic clay minerals in flotation concentrate;the use of hydrophobic modifiers can lead to drastic reduction of moisture of clean coal;in terms of dewatering effects that can be obtained with the use of the three modifiers,the palmityl trimethyl ammonium chloride(1631)ranks first followed by amino dodecane(DDA)and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(1231);the use of 1631 at a dosage of 150 g/t can lead to effective reduction of moisture of coarse slime;and for the dewatering of flotation concentrate,a best result can be obtained with the use of 1631 and 1231 at a respective dosage of 150 g/t.As evidenced by verification test,the modifier 1631 can maintain a stable effect and a best result can be expected when it is used at a dosage of 150 g/t.
