摘要
随着大型选煤厂自动化管理水平的提高和分选能力的提升,对控制系统、网络结构的构建和通信方式的可靠性提出了更高的要求,推动了分散控制系统(DCS)在大型选煤厂的应用。文章对比了内蒙古察哈素选煤厂原有的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与改造后的DCS分散控制系统的区别,详细介绍了项目概况、系统结构、系统硬件配置和系统软件配置,并从可靠性、经济性、可扩展性等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:DCS性能不低于PLC,能满足选煤厂的使用要求。
With the enhancement of automation management level and treating capacities of large coal preparation plants,a much higher demand is placed on the construction of reliable control systems,network structure and communication methods,and this promotes as a result the application of the DCS distributed control system in such plants.The DCS system is applied in place of the originally PLC programmable logic controller at Chahasu Coal Preparation Plant,Inner Mongolia.Following an elaboration on the difference between the two control systems,the paper presents a detailed description of the renovation project,system structure and both hardware and software configurations.Comparative analysis made in terms of reliability,cost effectiveness and expandability indicates that the DCS system is not inferior to the PLC programmable logic controller in performance and can meet the requirement of coal preparation plants.
