摘要 针对高校提升在线教学质量的迫切需求,该研究运用全面质量管理(TQM)理论对在线教学质量因素及短板改进问题进行研究。首先,该研究运用"人机料法环测"(5M1E)因素分析法,构建了高校在线教学全面质量影响因素框架,明确了质量保证的维度;然后,运用失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)方法,对高校在线教学质量短板问题进行风险分析,并结合短板问题的风险优先级和改进难易度,确定了"高风险"和"易改进"两类关键质量短板,指明了质量控制的重点。最后,结合各质量因素风险和改进特征,提出在线教学质量短板改进方案和措施,为高校在线教学质量保证和提升提供有益参考。 Aiming to improve the quality of online teaching in colleges and universities, the framework of quality factors and measures to improve the short boards are studied based on the theory of total quality management. Firstly, with the method of Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment-Measurement(5 M1 E), the framework of total quality factors of online teaching is constructed, which clarifies the dimensions of quality assurance. Secondly, by using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA), the quality failure problems and their risk effects of online teaching are analyzed, and according to the risk priority number and the improvement difficulty level, two types of key quality factors that "high risk" and "easy to improve" are identified, which are the focus of the quality control. Lastly, according to the risk analysis of each quality factors, some appropriate measures to improve the short boards of online teaching are proposed. This research may provide a benefit references for the quality guarantee and improvement of online teaching in colleges and universities.
